What does “exclusive” mean?
An exclusive licence means the design will not be licensed to another client within the agreed scope.
Exclusivity does not transfer copyright ownership.
Can the same design be licensed to other clients?
AI-Assisted Designs: Yes, these are licensed on a non-exclusive basis.
Original Artwork: No, when licensed exclusively.
Can I request colour or design changes?
Yes. Custom changes are available and billed separately through consultation and hourly design work.
What file formats are supplied?
Print-ready digital files are supplied in professional formats suitable for textile production, typically TIFF or PDF, sized to your printer’s specifications.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. Donna Townend works with clients internationally across fashion, interiors, and private commissions.
Can I resell or share the digital artwork file?
No. The digital file itself may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
Finished products made from the licensed design may be sold commercially.
